Privacy Policy — FTL Lab apps

Last updated: September 10, 2026

This policy applies to the mobile applications published by FTL Lab (Matthieu Lebas): TroisDemi (CPGE flashcards), FlowTone (Chinese tones) and ToneMaster (Chinese pronunciation and vocabulary). It describes what data these apps do — and do not — collect.

No data collection

Our apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. They contain no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no tracking of any kind. Study progress, settings and preferences are stored locally on your device only, and are deleted when you uninstall the app. We have no server that receives them, no account system, and we never see your activity.

Internet use

All apps are fully usable offline. Internet access is used only for:

Permissions

The apps request only what they need to work: network (optional downloads and purchase verification), Google Play billing (the in-app purchase, triggered by you), notifications and their scheduling (review reminders, including after your phone restarts) and vibration (haptic feedback). Notification permission is optional: declining it removes no functionality.

No app requests access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or location, and none reads your advertising identifier: no ad tracking is built in.

Children

The apps do not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Data retention and your rights

Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to retain, export or delete. If you have a question about a purchase, contact the store where you bought it (Apple or Google) — and you can always write to us at the address below.
